Project Engineer / Project Manager

We are seeking a candidate who feels he/she has the capacity to lead effectively in the role as Project Engineer/Manager. Common Requirements for Project Engineer & Manager

• A valid Singapore class 3 Driving license (Mandatory)
• Experience in evaluating and tendering of ACMV project.
• Possess Project Management skills is highly desirable.
• Good communication (Mandarin & English) and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in MS Excel is essential
• Knowledge in MS Project is desirable but not essential.

• For Project Engineer position, candidate must have at least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in ACMV industrial projects.
• For Project Manager position, candidate must have at least 6 to 7 years of relevant working experience in ACMV industrial projects.

  Qualification

• For Project Engineer/Manager position, we prefer candidate with any of the following relevant qualifications :-
  • Recognised Diploma or higher in Mechanical Engineering &/or ACMV related discipline.
  • Specialist Diploma in AirCondition & Ventilation Systems.

 Duties and Responsibilites

For Project Engineer/Manager position:

• Takes ownership and oversee the progress of the project implementation.
• Possess the capacity to manage the project to meeting date lines.
• Coordinate activities at the project site and ensure project’s status remains healthy at anytime.
• Ensure information is effectively communicated between parties that are involved in the project.
• With limited resources, proactively finalise resolutions to problems encounter in the project.
• Ensure project activities are adequately tracked and produce management ad-hoc reports if necessary.
• Actively participate in the business negotiation, project tendering at the beginning phase of the project scoping.
• Harness information technology whenever possible to facilitate work processes related problems

We are seeking a candidate who has more than 6 years of on-hand experience in ACMV industry with specific skills in the capacity of performing air-condition duct installation. 

Requirement

• A Valid Class 3 Driving License
• To lead a team of mostly foreign workers to perform air-con duct measurements and installations.
• To engage customer's assigned project engineer(s) on the aspect of project needs when necessary.
• To update our project coordinator or project engineer on the status of the project health periodically.
• Candidate in this job capacity must be willing to offer your best assistance to other installation teams when circumstances arises.
• Anticipate and then to delegate tasks to your team members for continual execution that requires no planning.
• Working cohesively with our project engineer, to plan and ensure project status is always healthy.
• Candidate in this job capacity could be assigned with multi small project assignments.
• Beside mandarin, candidate can read and write simple English is desirable.
  
  

We are seeking a candidate who has considerable in-house production experience and desirably with exposure in metal sheet fabrication in ACMV industry. Candidates who possess the following skill sets or had operated similar machineries are highly favourable.

Requirement

• To use CAD/CAM Plasma Speed Cutting software.
• To conversate, read and write legible English and Mandarin.
• To use MS Office Application
• Candidates must be mathematically inclined.

Must be capable to operate the primary (in bold letterings) machinery and or more:

• CAD/CAM Plasma Speed Cut Machine is a Must.
• Hydraulic Bending Machine
• Hydraulic Shearing Machine
• TDF Machine
• Spot Welding Machine
• LockFormer Machine
• Drilling Machine
• Punching Machine
• Bench Tapping Machine

Qualification

• Prefer candidates with Diploma in Engineering or ACMV related discipline.
• Candidates with NTC 2/3 are also encourage to apply. 
• Candidates with similar working experiences are also encourage to apply.

 Duties and Responsibilities

• 1 -3 years with in-house production experience.
• Takes ownership and assist Production Leader to accomplish work schedule.
• Ensure production always meet schedules.
• Ensure Work Order submission process is closely followed / adhered from our Installation Team.
• Knowledge and capable to do CAD/CAM drawings.
• Daily Production Data Entry.
• Simple Raw Materials Level stock checks.
• Simple Raw materials consumption and periodic stock level report.
• Oversee the functioning of packaging and delivery team.
• Ensure information is effectively communicated between production and packaging/delivery team.
• Offer assistance to packaging and delivery team, to effectively distribute finished goods to designated destinations if required.
• Troubleshoot to determine the cause of machinery failures and alias with vendor(s) to have it fixed in the shortest time span to minimise production down time.
• Harness information technology whenever possible to facilitate work processes related problems.
