ACADEMIA OPENS AT SGH CAMPUS

SINGAPORE: Bringing together medical professionals and researchers to develop better care and innovate new treatments.

That is made possible with The Academia, a new facility which opened its doors at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) campus on Saturday.

The 13-storey twin-tower building houses SGH pathology services as well as SingHealth research laboratories and education and training facilities.

Projects being worked on include one which can help minimise the spread of infection in hospitals.
